Important Information About the Rest of the Registration Process
Here’s the registration process message you will receive after registering online, in case you need it.
1. You print the medical release form, fill it out, and turn it in to Pastor Daniel’s church office. The medical form can be found at the Lighthouse website:

2. You fill out and turn in your check/cash to Pastor Daniel’s church office. If paying by check, please make the check out to ACC and write the name of the student(s) the check is paying for on the check memo line.
3. There will be a large, manilla envelope outside Pastor Daniel’s church office door labeled ‘ACC Youth Retreat.’ Please place your check and medical form into a smaller envelope before dropping it into the manilla envelope. That way we can avoid confusion and make sure we know which medical forms belong to which checks when we process them.
If you are paying by cash, please place all bills in a smaller envelope and write your student’s name on the front before placing it in the manilla envelope.
If you need to mail your medical form/payment, please send them to:

Austin, TX 78754They will be received by ACC staff and placed in the manilla envelope by PD’s door.
Every Sunday evening we will process the checks and medical forms. Once the ACC Youth Retreat staff receives your check and medical form, we will send a confirmation email to both the parent’s and student’s (if provided) email address letting you know you are now fully registered along with additional information you’ll need to know for retreat.
If you do not receive a confirmation email by the following Wednesday of dropping off/mailing your check and medical form, please email Kyle Mori at kylelikesyou@gmail.com.
If you need to CANCEL your student’s registration, please email Kyle Mori with your child’s full name.
If you would like some information on how to obtain a SCHOLARSHIP for retreat, please contact Pastor Daniel at deng@austinchinesechurch.org.

Weekend Meetings
This Friday and Saturday, Family Time NO Wildfire and Lighthouse fellowship meetings this weekend.
Sunday English Service: 9:30am in Taylor Gym
There will be NO English Service this Sunday due to English Congregation Retreat.
Winter/Spring Breakout Classes
Joint Breakout Class at our regular time 11 AM. Our Youth intern, Deborah Le will be heading up this joint meeting featuring a video message from Pastor Daniel Eng. Should be a great kick-off to begin Spring break!
Other Announcements
Gym Night
To celebrate the end of Spring break, We will have a gym night on Saturday, March 16th, 6:30-9:30PM. All grades 6 to 12 will gather together for a night of fun and games. So put on your gym clothes and get ready to rumble! There will be NO Wildfire on Friday. This will be a joint Wildfire and Lighthouse gathering!
Senior Banquet

Special Outreach Event Friday, February 15 at 7 PM.
“Soul Surfer” movie, Hawaiian style night. Bring a friend to watch the movie and hear the gospel. Free! Both middle school and high school fellowships will be joining together for this, but it is open to anyone who wants to join.

Save the date for our English Retreat this spring! Early registration starts 1/27 and ends 2/10. Snacks and things Sign Up!
There will be a parent sign up sheet available this coming Friday and Saturday night for parents to provide snacks for our students after their fellowship time.
